After my first model casting call yesterday, and meeting some of the sweetest, most fabulous models around, I’m beginning work for my first ever runway fashion show! March 15 is just around the corner, and I’m extremely excited for this opportunity. I have some of the best talent lined up for hair and make up, some amazingly talented jewelry designers creating one-of-a-kind looks to go with my clothing, and I couldn’t be happier with my models. We’re going to ROCK this.
Today I’m thinking of my beautiful friend who also happens to be a fabulous model and muse. You are an amazing and wonderful woman. Thank you, thank you, thank you. xo
It’s just a cheapo (and, let’s face it, kinda ugly) lamp that had been living in a corner on our sun porch, but I can’t help but absolutely love the golden glow it gives from it’s new spot in the studio. Something about the quality of light, the placement of the lamp, makes me cozy and comfy and long for the space in my studio to put a giant overstuffed sofa with tons of pillows.
Of course, it would only be covered in fabric (and kitties). But I’d love it just the same.

I was spellbound all the way through this amazing Korean version of the story.
I want to live in this house. I’m obsessed with the rabbit portraits. (though not those shown here–there is another set, hung in the living room, that I’m desperate to own. I can’t seem to find information on the artist though) (yes, I AM desperate to own two rather creepy rabbit-people portraits)

It’s available on Netflix instant view. I highly recommend it for those who love visually rich, beautifully told, rather creepy fairy tales.
Especially if you’re an Asian horror fan (you know who you are, and if you’re one of us, you understand the importance). I love all things scary, am a particular fan of Asian horror, and when a well known fairy tale is added (though, here, only VERY roughly) you can count me in.
